AINP rejected once - Can I apply via AINP again?

Can someone please provide answer on this Question re: AINP?

My AINP (Alberta PNP) was rejected once in the past under a semi skilled level due to my lack of work experience.
Now that I have worked for the last three years and added the # of years of experience, I am planning to apply once again via AINP.

Can I do this? Basically, can I apply for the same AINP job category for the second time? Or if you had been rejected in the past, you are banned from applying again?

if you meet their criteria now you can re-apply . You know AINP will also answer these process questions. That way you can really be sure.

Were you able to find answer i would like to know if i can reapply for ainp. While i don't see such restrictions on their site i wanted to hear from someone who went thru it or someone with insights on this.
