Permanent Residence

1. We received your application for permanent residence on December 14, 2016.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March 2, 2017.
3. We started processing your application on March 2, 2017.

can anyone tell me how much time it ll take more for medical and after that how much time for pr stamp.?...
