yes but that will only confuse him/her because he/she is applying under employer driven stream not SRS AWE,so your experience is priceless to the applicant query at this point.

Thank you for your reply. A lot has change, and that changed updated AINP program or categories on September 2013 which includes AINP-SRS-AWE -can sponsor yourself/myself without an employer but that last until November 28, 2013 only.

Yes, there are always new programs, pilot programs etc. and I do not have the time to keep tabs on all of them so that is why I say, when you are not sure, contact AINP directly. There is no reason to be worried because they are very friendly and they are the best people to answer any AINP questions.

hi again.

im just wondering, are they(ainp) strict with the requirements? im worried bec im under semi skilled and it says in the website that u shld have 3 years experience prior in working here in canada. i had 3 yrs experience in UK but just part time since i was a student back then. will they consider it?

Well as long as you are employed with the same company - it is not a problem. Is the company name and business number the same?

you are welome charmevenus,

you don't need LMO if you are already nominated,the employer has to give you a job offer letter and you can apply for work permit using a work permit support letter which the AINP will issue for you once you need to apply for work permit,you simply just need to ask them.
as for BOWP after you get your nomination certificate you need to send your application to CIO sydney nova scotia and once you get your file number you can apply for BOWP if your current work permit is set to expire within 4 months.
please note that your BOWP will allow to work for any employer but only in alberta because its the province that nominated you to become a permanent resident.

I did my studies in winnipeg and moved here as i gt job in alberta . Infact i dint get a job in winnipeg ..So can i apply for ainp ...and if i can will the application numbr from pnp wud help me to bridge the work permit ???
