AINP still accepting applications under current criteria and you can find criteria for each stream on their website tht RAJ aplready posted.
I m not trying to tell u what to do...if u have any other option besides AINP then go for it since AINP is total mess right now..just look at the processing time and i dont see tht decreasing anytime soon. not to mension it may increase like alws every few months.and ppl are waiting from december 2013 so unless u r planning to apply under engineering stream look for better options..JMO...

Yes it has been the case engineering occupations is high priority..u have better shot getting nomination than someone who has applied in december 2013 b/c others are being treated like dirt...sad but its the reality..

My JD is matches to NOC 1111
and I have 13 years over all exp and from past 2 years I'm doing business along with my friend.
I'm married and have two kids (both less than 7 years)
I have sufficient settlement funds for four people.
IELTS L&R 5.5 and W&S 6. overall 6
Masters degree through distance.(ECA done) .
My Age 38 years
But it looks here also need Job Offer Must...

and is there any chance to get a job offer through consultants..( difficult to believe them)
