AINP processing time

I just got AINP file number under Alberta Express Entry Stream . Is the AEES must faster than AOS in processing?

I guess so. If you check on their website, they just process the application that they received on Nov 2018. It has been 5 months. Some people applied under AEES that got nominee in 3 months

I applied for AINP under skilled worker category 6311 on 12April 2018. I got my file no. on 1st June 2018. After 8 months or more I am still waiting for my AINP. Do not know what happened and why? Is anyone there who has same experience like me?
Please advice me.
