AINP : Process of getting NOI

I am curious about how the province will notify me about my NOI via email or via express entry portal. Another thing, I have my profile in the express entry pool from the past 3 months (CRS 402) but not getting any response from the province. Are there any chances of my selection and how much time usually it takes to get the reply??

They will notify through your CIC account. Their selection is based on several factors as indicated here

It is also dependent on your NOC. Look at this list to see which category your NOC falls under

Depending on your NOC, you just have to wait and see what your chances are.
