AINP passport renewal question

Hi,
I recently applied the AINP, just got the file number for it, but I need renew my passport since it does not have any page left. so my question is do I need update my new passport info. to AINP or I just need update when I am sending the APP to CIC. helpful advise will be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hi,

I had the same situation as you when I applied last year. I renewed my passport while my AINP nomination was in progress. Once I received the PNP certificate I send the application to CIC and enclosed the copies of my new passport.

I didn't update the new passport info to AINP and its all good so far. However I see no harm if you update the AINP with your new passport details.

Thank you for the info., I think I will wait until sending file to CIC then. One last question, I recently been promoted from administrative assistant to production accountant, should I let them know or I can do it when sending the file to CIC as well?

Again there is no harm in updating AINP about any changes regarding your job/employer etc.
