AINP or BCPNP

Hi,
I am currently studying in Alberta. I will be graduating next month. I have job offers for either edmonton or Vancouver location. I am now confused on which place to choose. Eventually I will be applying for PNP and then will be trying for PR.
can anyone suggest which place will be good for eventually getting PR?

AINP is terrible nowadays. It was great 2 years ago but since last year the waiting time can be up to 2 years and your application is cancelled if you get laid off.

Thank you for your reply. I hope I am making better decision. My only fear of movin to Vancouver is that the rules shouldn't change.
