I think who applied on Nov 1 got in process. Your turn soon may be next week, as your timeline says you applied 1st week of Nov.

yeah we can never understand how their system works. All sep applicants got their PR already, lucky they.

I do not think they will work during the long weekend, wasting a few days, they should have a phone so people can reach them instead of emailing them,

it looks like if they ask for PCC, then the case will be delayed for a couple of days, hope you your case can turn to IP soon, keep praying ;D

Yeah they probably have loads & loads of applications, yeah what they can do they can hire new people to do get the job done faster.

Yes, there's only one guy you told me who applied in OCt got DM, other than that I didn't see any OCT applicant got DM yet

I don't think so they slowed down after Sep applicants. Oct. applicants are still waiting for DM. hopefully next month.

My colleague's brother-in-law worked as a CIC agent for a few years and what he told him was that he was underpaid and had to sit at his desk with a pile of applications in front of him. Needless to say he was not too happy with his work. Just keep in mind that they are human beings and that they have to process hundreds of files a year. It is also a huge responsibility to deny or grant a permanent residence. I am not sure I could/would do that job.

Does it speed up your application process,if you pay you landing fee in the beginning ?
