Hi Skier,

I have the same kind of situation as you and got RPRF request on Feb 20 and my file is still in process and no PPR request yet. Please keep posted.

Hello,

My spouse will be working for her 2nd job next week because she is open work permit holder. We already submitted a PR application to CIO Sydney, NS
and done with the medicals last week. I am the primary applicant. My question is, do we have to inform or update CIC regarding her 2nd job or no need?

Please advice.

Thank you.

Does anyone know if the RPR is the same fee that you pay when you send your application to N.S. or is this another fee? We already paid $550 each when we submitted the app to the CIC with our nomination.

Also is it still likely that I will be asked for Police clearance from UK while I was in University there for 9 months - I didn't supply this upon application and waitied for them to reuest it but they haven't so far - hould I get this organised anyway incase this is requested? My husband is the principal applicant.

Hi,

It is the requirement that you have to submit a Police Certificate to the country that you live for more than 6months.

I requested a PCC in UK and they're fast, check the ACPO website.

Nope RPRF is the different fee than the application fees so your total comes to 550+490=1040$ each
