No complaints from CEC. now a days very fast processing.

A friend of mine applied before me on sep 6 from CEC and still waiting for DM while I got PR visa from PNP..

Yeah depnds on case to case, even lot of people under PNP applied in June July still waiting fro DM or PPR

Nope, I think they go by the date they received your file. One of my friend his file was receivd on Oct 10 in process on Apr 4, got DM on May 01.14

agree with akapoor, coz right now lots of Nov applicants are still waiting for IP, it is getting slower, looks like there were many Nov applicants last year
