Yes you can send it after receiving AOR or you can wait till the Visa officer asks you to submit.

Today they added Medical Received to my Ecas. Now I see we received your application on November. Medical results have been received.

My friend received his AOR and medicals on jan15 he applied to cic on dec 6th.
so i think ull receive ur file num sooner.....

We have similar time line. I sent my application to CIO Dec 15 it reach Dec 20 and still waiting for my file number and medicals. I have seen some Nov applicants getting it in 45 days more or less, so for us I don't know if it's gonna be a bit more cuz of holiday season during Dec.


Anyways let's be in touch to see how our applications are going

Got AINP nomination Nov 28, 2013
File received in CIO, Sydney, NS: Dec 19, 2013
AOR and medicals received: Jan 29, 2014
