Guys I got a "ready for visa" email from Ottawa! Shocked Finally! Just have to send a copy of my passport, pictures and biodata. I'm abroad but my common-law will take care of it. Should I include my common-law in the biodata? He is a Canadian citizen.

Nice. So receiving that email is usually what happens before being granted PR?

I did my medicals and paid the Right of PR Fee in early May. When I log in to the CIC website it just says "Application Received". I guess I have a long wait ahead of me so. Anyone around the same timeline as me? And is it normal that they don't update the status of your application on the CIC website? ..... Thanks

Congrats!!! Yours is the longest waiting time I know of - over 3 months! Really glad to hear these news.
