AINP nomination, Open Work Permit?

If I'm on LMO now and a apply for AINP and get approval(If i get nomination).
Can I base on my nomination apply for open work permit?

I don't think you will be able to apply for an open work permit if you receive a nomination under employer driven stream. the reason being - this stream is purely for the employers to help them retain their employee's.

If I get AINP nomination my LMO expired but my employer doesn't want to apply for nother LMO.

Can I leave Canada and apply for permament resident outside Canada?

Under AINP- you will have to remain in the country and work full time with the employer who has sponsored your nomination.
