Hello all,
Thank you all for your replies and help in advance.
Here is my case:
I got my AINP in February 2014, under the post graduate work permit stream.
Applied for PR under economic class November 28 2014.
Got married in May 2015
My Medical in May 2015
My wife's documents submitted August 2015, after which CIC called for additional documents with regards to marriage proof, sent on November 4 2015. Sent wife's medical and PCC and everything else, including the PR fee. I got laid off from work March 2015, after which I started teaching guitar part time and continued to look for work. Since Alberta economy is almost dead, I found a position in Regina, SK, and they offered me a job as well. I am an environmental scientist by profession.
PR for me and my wife is almost at the end of the whole thing, we are hoping it happens in January or February. Is it a good idea to relocate temporarily for a couple years until Alberta economy comes back on its feet ?
Do I have to notify AINP or not? Is it okay to start working in SK, or should I wait for my PR before I move. Because I have never notified AINP of anything, I thought once you are nominated that is the end of it. CIC process is going fine.
And I know I can apply for my wife's WP, as mine is valid till April 2016. Is it worth applying for, because it is her right to have a SWP if I have one. SWP might take longer than the PR itself, or the other way around.
I am confused, I really need the job, and at the same time do not want to jeopardize my PR process for it as well, cause I am so close.
