AINP nominated, laid off while waiting for PR

Hi all,

- came to Canada Oct. 2013
- got Journeyman Welder Certificate Dec. 2013
- got AINP nomination on Nov. 2014 under Skilled worker B Welder category.
- sent application for CIC permanent residency on Dec. 2014 (havn't got file number yet)

I recently got laid off from my work which I worked since Apr. 2014 (due to dropping oil price, the company had to shut down). I wonder if my current situation (losing job) will affect CIC on their decision making on my application.
