Did you claim 15 points for relative. or have a relative in Alberta
Then you need to submit a copy of their PR certificate or citizenship card, birth paper ,copy of passport , proof of their address . rental agreement or property tax receipt if they own home.

No they are not in Alberta. But in Vancouver.
But the application form asked that whether do I have any relative in entire Canada or not and to that I replied yes..
Or should I remove them from the form .

You need to be honest my sister in law lives Ontario . so we need to list that info

My wife's aunt ( masi) . She lives in Vancouver .. it's difficult to prove her relation with my wife ..
And my wife's brother was on student visa in Toronto but he has now moved to Australia
In the family section where they have asked about close relatives including sibling. I have mentioned her brothers residence as Canada. I believe I should change that .. What do you say

No you can claim points for him . you should not change anything in your EE profile, however if you claim the point for him you need to submit a LOE .

If you didn't claim point don't put he resides in Canada just add him to your family list

Yes you need to make new EE profile and hope to get a new nomination and ITA
