AINP - landing/entering through Detroit/Windsor

If I get PR through AINP can I enter Canada in Detroit/Windsor by car and then ask them to send my documents to Alberta?

Would it be considered as landing or I will have to go to Alberta and do some paper work there?

How does this landing process look like? Is it only stamping my documents at the border?

What documents do I receive when landing? Do I apply for them automatically when crossing border?

What about Canadian SIN? do I have to receive it right after the landing?

You can enter. They will take care. No need to inform them

It is considered as Landing. No need to go to AB

Yes. The Visa will be cancelled. Goods To Follow List will be stamped. A copy of COPR will be provided.

Stamped GTF + COPR Copies

What about Canadian SIN? do I have to receive it right after the landing?
You need to apply at the nearest Service Center. The PR card will be sent to the address you provided at the Border Office
