I am bit worried about your case. Did you send your documents to vegreville to renew your work permit. If you did, you are very safe. You must know that you can renew your work permit on the basis of your PNP certficate. You don't need a new LMO.

Your work permit should be valid throughout your PNP process. If you have not applied yet, please get an advise ASAP as you will be technically out of status. It is my opinion. I think you can restore your status with 90 days of expiry your visa.

I did applied for extension 1 month before it got expired.that what I send to buffalo a sheet I got tru email that explain how I can still keep working on same implied status except I m not allow to go cross the border.my last nominal , proof of receipt I paid the cost of the application 150 $ I think with this, I am ok.that is what they requested for.10/4 for the insight..I m sure i will get it about a month o less from now guys with same time-line re all receiving theirs. I can smell mine hahahhhhhh........

I am happy for you. I would advise you to send them a letter explaining your situation with proof of receipt of $150 or tracking No. of your application. It will be all OK. Best of Luck

Today, My address has been disappeared too. Already got one mail from Detroit about submitting RPRF. I have submitted that straightaway. Hope the good news is on the way.

Same with me.mine was gone for more than 3 weeks although,i received a mail from them last week to summit proof of my present status cause my work permit got expired.just this week the address reappear again.

Just received an email from Buffalo for my permanent resident have been approved.I am happy all this waiting and not knowing what could be the end result is over.Guys i hope you all that had been in the same limbo situation will see this process through as happiness will be your end result cheers and goodluck.

Guys I thought I already pay RFPR now they said I should pay and send my passport along before 30 June.was not that included in the application fee 550?I did pay 550 each for myself spouse and 11ys daughter now I am just a little bit confuse on how to go about it or maybe they send it as random email.maybe I should just send only Our passport to biffalo?Please I will be glad guys if u hv any idea how to go about this thanks.
