Hi all,
I am looking to apply to AINP, International Graduate stream. I have completed a BA in Hotel Management from Ontario/BC. I have been working with my current employer since August (first two months as an intern) in management position.
My questions are:
1. Does it matter if you don't have the necessary experience to AINP and CIC. My employer hired me based on my education and my personal merits. I don't have a lot of experience in hotels. I worked 2 summers during my school break in non-management roles.
2. I had a small family company back home that operated for a short time (one and half year) where I used to be the general director. I have issued myself a reference letter. Do I need to mentioned that I was a partner in reference letter?
