I think they withdrew that change.
Seems that they postponed the changes, good !!!!!!!!!!!!! I think this forum should be delted now..........
I looked in to latest under pressure list and seems that it modified on February 5,2009. I dont know what kind of changes made on February 5. If anyone has old copy please compare and share.

I wouldnt worry or bother to do a compare as long as I see my occupation under the NOC list. IMO if the application was received before the change, I dont think it should impact.
