in my case, i just follow the check sheet that i found in the cic website.
but if its already happen to others, that's a good news to those newly nominated.

Thanks to all friends for their prayers and good wishes and keeping my moral high. thanks again. now I will definitely need help from all friends whom submitted docs specially ofonzo, jaggu and usma. my first query is regarding PCC, as i have been to different districts of my country during my job, so do i need separate PC for each district or only one PCC will be enough from my current residential area.

Khan in my opinion you should check your background form, where you have given all your addresses since age of 18. Actually this data is corelated with PCC, again my opinion.

Thanks friends, Jaggu if one PCC is enough for one country then it will ease my work, as otherwise i have to obtain almost 5 PCC from different districts of my country. usma would u like to tell me about the sample format of PCC in our country and the procedure u followed for obtaining PCC along with time requirement. My next question is, that i have gone through checklist today and noticed that there is no requirement for submitting educational/ Experience documents, similarly no requirements of bank statement, if i am wrong pl correct me. most of the forms specially Generic form is same as was submitted to AINP. Do we need to certify all photocopies from notary public. also birth and marriage certificate in our country are urdu as well as in english , I think as it is already in two languages so do not to translate it separately in English. I hope to get response to all my queries and pardon for bothering friends.

Yes, one PCC is good enough. Just check the validity. One PCC against one country.

One educational certificates or attest action is required. Just follow check list.

Jaggu will you pl identify the section wherein such requirement is mentioned. as i have gone through all the sections of checklist thrice but unable to find any such requirement therein. i will be thankful.

1- For pcc you will have to fill form available from DPO office, fill the form and submit alongwith passport copies and 03 pics. for spouse same procedure will be required. normally 7 to 10 days is time period you get the PCC.
2- no edu certificate, exp certificate and bank statement is required at this time. however many times visa officer demand bank statement when about to finalize the case of pnp 's. so be prepared for this in future.
3- as birth and marriage certificates are in both languages so no translation required. however NIC will require translation. also dont forget to add affidavit of translator on judicial paper with verification of oath commissioner. you may contact district courts for this affidavit and translation.Also translated documents should be notarized.
4- be sure to fill the latest version of forms as generic form was updated in July 12. This month will appear at bottom left of generic form so check it. also if you have a child his height may have to change etc.
