Dear Kuldeep

Hope you have relative in Alberta to sponsor you for family stream. Family stream cases may take about 3 to 4 yrs according to the website of AINP. Regarding your other questions it will be much better if you ask these questions from AINP they reply withing a week or so and you get definite answers. Their email is family.stream@gov.ab.ca

You should definitely ask the AINP about timelines and other aspects of the family stream vs. self-employed farmer stream. Whichever you do, you can not take your mother with you at the same time but once you are settled in Canada and have the income to sponsor her, you can do that.

in immigration program it is written like this :>

You or your spouse or common-law partner can demonstrate completion of a post-secondary education or training program that is a minimum of 1 year in duration and receipt of a degree, diploma or certificate demonstrate one of the following:

*a minimum of three years of work experience within the past four years, OR
*three years of full-time post-secondary school within the past four years, OR
*a combination of three years of full-time work experience and post-secondary school within the past four years

they have ues OR rather than AND......so it is compulsory??
