I wonder, because it has been almost 3 years since the date of my application which was July 2009, i received an email april 2012 for verification and they've just begun a final review of my application.. after that, may I know how long it will take to approve it?

my brother who answered all those questions thru phone, he's the one who lives in Alberta.
