AINP family & famer stream

any one knows like for family stream it takes 31 months what about farmer stream ??????
and in farmer stream we can show fixed assets ??????
and is there compultion to buy land over canada worth $500,000?????
and it realy take 31 months to get visa in family stream, i am single applicant ?????

family stream time lines is 31 months approximately as per AINP web site for the nomination. as the scheme is only one year old it is hard to say what is the exact time they are taking for the provincial nomination. it will not matter if you are single applicant the time lines remain the same... for this category it is better u apply as soon as possible 31 months is not a very long time... to begin with this category time line was 19 months but for applicants after january 2009 they have increased.

i have no information on the farmer category.

it is not compulsory to have any work experience for applying uder family stream???
