Hii jologz thank your reply. My employer start advertisement in August and submit my almo file in October and after advertisement it's take 8 to 12 week may be I can receive my positive almo on dec last. My work parmit expire next month 10 dec I'm so dis appointed

hi neal82, have your employer applied for work permit extension to get for implied status on the work permit? this can be done 2 weeks or less before your work permit expires. submit all documents including LMIA proof of submission and do it through mail not online. this advise is from an agency who have done same circumstances just this past months. just in case you haven't tried this yet.

The next day they called my GM (even though I am AWE!!!) to confirm if I was still working there. On Nov.06th they send an email saying that a decision was made and it will be sent by mail on Nov.07th. I didn't know if the answer was positive or negative, so I wait for the mail and it finally came in last Tuesday 18th with a big brown envelope and there it was, our nomination!!!
We (my husband and I) know that we were just lucky, we were struggling same as you are right now. Our work permit was about to expire and with not LMIA there was not much future in Canada.
We want to wish to all of you the best for the future wherever it might be. Try to save some money, maybe they feel guilty and they decide to give a second chance to all TFW who where in the crossroad when all the changes were made.
