Well you ll need to get your PCC from RCMP and as well as from the nearest embassy of your home country. Like i am in Regina,Saskatchewan. I got pcc both from the regina rcmp office and from indian embassy at vancouver. RCMP gave police clearance on the same day while indian embassy took 3 weeks to send it.

you dont need to submit rcmp with you file, it is only required if you get request from the visa officer. you could also submit your file without pcc and submit it later on but it is recommended to submit the pcc with your application to avoid delays.

Responded to your question in the other thread.. You can get the PCC from VFS in Vancouver or any other location that you are in if there is an Indian VFS office...

Yes, you need PCC from all the countries you've lived in for a continuous period of 6 months or more including your home country. Hope this is clear. For PCC from India, check this link http://in.vfsglobal.ca/policeclearance.html you will find all the details you need.

All the best!

Check the police clearance section in the link below and read
"These documents are to be provided for each country other than Canada, in which you have lived for six consecutive months or longer since reaching the age of 18".
