AINP application inquiries, calls

Hello, I'm new here. Thanks for reviewing my question. Here is the situation -

After applying to the AINP employer driven stream and after getting the file number, my employer has been contacted twice to get payroll and work hours related documents.
Last week my work place got phone calls on three saperate occasions to speak with me?. All three times unfortunately I was not there to talk.

They either called when I was late for work or when I was on break!!! Once with permission of my boss I was away trying to finish my passport renewal process! I'm seriously worried about this.

Does this affect my application in negative way?

Can I be proactive and give someone a call?

did you include a contract letter and a description job letter from your employer ? because those letters mention everything about payroll etc. so may not affect that much even if they could not talk to you.

I did include that upon their request last time I was contacted.

I got the phone call from the immigration officer, they were just looking for some contact information only!

So I guess this doesn't affect my application in negative way..
