IP: September 2nd, 2014
DM: N/A
PPR: January 14th, 2015

Seems like whoever got their status change to in process they are getting PPR email. I did not see anyone get PPR email directly from application received

You aren't a February applicant anymore. The AOR is what counts most of the time. That's when they do the lockout date. Since you added your wife, the new lockout date is when they sent their medicals for her.
My friend got AOR in July 2013 but added his wife in Nov 2013. He got PPR month Dec 2014.
If you're inland, your medicals will have an extension, if your not inland then you'll have to redo them.
Ask for GMS notes and look at your new lockout date. You'll have an idea when to get IP and PPR.

I think you are right in someway, as they email me in June 6, 2014, AOR for my wife and medical request. I just applied GCMS notes last week. I hope I can find details on my application. So, you think 16 months counts from June 2014 or January 2014? As I applied in January 2014.

It usually takes 10-12 months after lockout date for PPR. At least that was in 2013 and 2014. What slows down the process in your case is the marriage fraud investigation they do when you marry someone in the middle of your application. You probably received a marriage questionnaire to prove that your marriage is legit.
But just remember each case is different and your process might be faster... but at the same time, it might be slower.
Adding your wife in the middle of the process does take longer, though.
