can someone please tell me what kind of photo we need to provide with the passport?? I have my husband in my application.. he is in dhubai, but he is sending me his passport throuh our friend who is coming to canada next month.. i can also ask him to get the photos with the passport if i know about these photos.. can someone who got the request please share me the details??thank you..

So anxious that Jan 3 applicant still has no IP. I will be away in the of the month. Does anyone know if I can send my passport from another country upon request by Ottawa ?

We started processing your application on July 23, 2014.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

but no PPR yet...hoping it to come out next week

nowadays cic is taking approximately 3 to 3.5 months to process applications i.e from IP to DM/PPR.

Hello Friends,

I got my PPR just now in the afternoon. After that i checked my ECAS and it's DM for me. So happy to see this update and I am going to send my passport with photographs may be today evening itself. Good luck to everybody who is waiting for the DM or PPR. I know it's painful while waiting for this but now I am so happy....

Oh I have a question... Do we have to fil up Bio-Data form as well if I am single ?

Sure.. Here we go..

Application Received : January 27, 2014.

Medical done April 1st

Medical Recvd : May 5th

Ip 24th of July

DM & PPR email ( 2:25 PM ) - Nov 7th

I did have passport request too thru my lawyer.
i cant contained my happiness after all those months (July) which was the last update.sleepless nights,almost having a panic attack and TODAY it happened in one day.
In my mind i thought it willnot happened but in my heart it WILL ..
