What I did was to print out another blank form of that sheet and continue the other information on that sheet.As always when I submit a form to CIC I always include a cover letter with explanation.I also got this email with PCC request in Feb. 14 and resubmitted it.

File received on January 3 and medical done on March 7. Not in process yet. I did not pay the RPRF fee along with my application. Does that cause delay ?

I know a jump from application receive to PPR is possible. Arjun from December group got it. I hope same thing happened to us.

I guess so. I paid it along with our application and some december applicants hadnt had passports requested yet. but be optimistic,who knows you'll get lucky this time

Sydney from my experience would take around 35 days to reply.I have sent an email inquiry to Ottawa twice.The first one was answered after 5 days and the other one after 2 days.

As long as you got the email address right, they would reply but might take time depending on your query.I wouldn't suggest sending a duplicate email as they also stated in their generic email that they will not reply to duplicate messages.
