They are actually asking what was your activity witin that period, since you obviously lack in that gap. You comply with it plus you still have to fill the whole form with the rest of your details.
In other words rewrite it and fill the gaps on the dates they are asking.

so i just rewrite the form again, but personal & address history just provide on that time period, right ??

For the Police Certificate, they sed me : From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate. Please submit a police certificate from Hong Kong. ( so i don't have to do the Canada PCC, right ?? )

For the fingerprint, could i do that in local police service, i am at calgary.. i have to get the print, and then send it back my home country

Pls can you forward me am email address to contact cic Sydney . I sent my PCC last month and still have not received any acknowledgment from cic saying that they have received my docs. My status is still application received.
