Hello Everyone,
I have a question regarding post grad worker application form

under this heading
List any visits you have made to Canada, before you completed this form, where you had entered and then departed: (add extra lines if necessary)


now here do I need to mention my last entry as a student, it also asks me from and to dates but the last time I entered Canada was in 2012 and have not departed since then

Just write the date you entered in 2012 and the place like Toronto, since you have not departed you will only have 1 date, I have gone back and forth so I had multiple visits outside Canada.

Just mentioned ur last entry date to Canada and Port of Entry ( Airport or road border)
