Hello Guys,

I am basically belongs from Delhi, India and have a question in regards to get police clearance for federal Permanent Residence.

Does anyone know how to apply the police clearance from India?

As, I told my father to apply through near police station but they refused us and tell to my dad for clearance you need to show some sort of letter governed by the Immigration.

Please reply me as i am afraid to get this done on time before my AINP recieved.

Thanks!!!!

Hello everybody!... Congrats to all that have their nominations and best wishes for those still waiting.

I have a question: to apply under SRS-PGW the job should be permanent and full time? or just full time?... If I have a 1 year full time job contract I can apply?... I am kind of confused because the EDS-international graduate Category apparently ask for a full time, permanent offer. So I was wondering if is the same for both categories.

Thanks for your answers.

Hi Dan14,

It doesn't matter either it's full time or permanent. I applied AINP when I was working through Temp Agency. But they do ask if you got permanent position before issuing AINP.

Hi Channo,

For Canadian PCC, you have to go to Alberta Finger print services, they take your finger prints and then send to RCMP. You have to make an appointment before you go there. Typically they are free but you have to get an appointment anyway. They will charge you $84 + GST. It's called Biometric fingerprints for immigartion. You will get your PCC in mail within 15-25 business days. I received mine in 2 weeks. If you got your PCC from India that's good, if not you can also apply your Indian PCC from local office, they send your docs to Indian Embassy.

Check their website and make appointment online: http://www.abfingerprinting.com/

I hope it will help.

no. I just find out a mistake of my application.
I applied AINP through a immigration company.
I find out a mistake of my application, and I want to update the correct one.
What should I do?
Do I resubmit all documents again, or resubmit the correct information and write an explanation letter?

Its always better to call them, ask how you can do it
If you got your AINP file number that makes it easier.
they are super cool people to deal with and always help

hi there,

check there website and see how many files are there in your category and how long its gonna take
usually its around 6months give or take
and rest is upto them how fast they want to clear files
I applied for AINP last year in july and my friend applied a week before me
he got his approved file in 2015 and I got mine in 2016
they have target of 5500 files in one year too
