ainp appliaction

I have applied for AINP application from here in Canada on December 2009.My application was approved on Jan 2010.I got my file number too.My status right now is temporary foregin worker but i am in skilled catogary.(noc 6212)

My question:-
1. my application was approved and got a file number is it mean that am I nominated by the province?if so how it will take to get the no maintion certificate?

Pls help if any body has done like me..

still need to wait the certificate, maybe after 8 months of waiting.......... they only give you the employee number and this is not mean that they already approved your application........ wait for the complete package and instruction once you are already nominated.

thank you so much so in that case all i need to do is wait and pray...another thing is that true that after u get nomination certificate that u can apply for open work permit?If so how long they can give us open work permit?After that can I work to any other employer?
