AINP AND EXPRESS ENTRY TOGETHER

hi everyone!

Let say you applied for AINP and you get your file number and you're just waiting for the certificate/nomination, can you apply to EXPRESS ENTRY? Some says, if you had applied for AINP and then you applied to EXPRESS ENTRY and then suddenly you receive an invitation from CIC for the nomination after the draw, your AINP APPLICATION will be automatically cancelled. How true is this? But one thing I know is that if you applied both, do not indicate in the EXPRESS ENTRY that you applied AINP.

Do you think that CIC does not know that you applied for AINP or any PNP. CIC is head of all PNPs. And moreover all PNPs have to report to Federal CIC on the count.
Even though PNP gives you nomination, you are not allowed inside Canada unless CIC sends you Invitation to Apply. Hence I would say that the ultimate decision lie with Federal Govt's CIC.

Did you already apply for Permanent Residence through Provincial Nominee Program? if you already did, and you indicate in your express entry application that you dont have an application for permanent residence, i think that qualifies as a misrepresentation. it can be a serious offense if you do that. i would not risk doing that.

however i believe it is possible to apply for express entry. you just have to be honest and straightforward with your application.

YES. i applied AINP but not yet the express entry. that's why i am seeking info from you guys.. so now, i will create express entry profile

hello,

i applied for AINP and submitted PNP PR infederal on Dec 2016... received AOR and RPRF few months affter..... now i am thinking to create Express Entry profile,.. but when i sign in there is no option for EE amd i also generated EE reference code and entered on my CIC account but the page goes to "You already have an in progress application" as soon as i hit enter...
any suggestion?
