What do I need to type in the last page of AINP 009A form (Page 6) under the Dependant Child (18 yrs of older).

My kids are under 18, should I enter their names on the Page 6 of AINP 009A or not ?

No. To be filled only if your children are more than 18yrs old and depend on you.
