Hi,

I am about to complete AINP 009 application package....i just want if someone can help me in supporting documents..are these the only documents required or i missed something.....

AINP009 Supportings docs :
certified Passport for applicant and spouse
Certified degrees and education certificates
Certified copy of USCIS document...is it I-797 only or the complete petition?
Copy of document from current US employer : reference letter/offer letter/Petition .....Does USCIS petition as a whole will help here for Job description, duties and title? What does USCIS petition here refers to?

copy of recent pay stubbs
Do we need to submit experience letters from previous non US employers ?
Other than that CIC forms photocopy

Is there any other documents which is to be submitted to AINP? Please help?

Thanks divagirl for your reply...really appreicate it....

just few more doubts on the same....
For copy of current US employer: ref letter or offer/employment contract or petition.....if i send USCIS petition only then is it sufficient? What is LCA? Is it Labor condition application? Is it the part of petition or a separate document?

Also, for previous employment reference or experience letters(Other than US employers) there is nothing mentioned in SUpporting docs list..it says Previous US employers only? Where did you find this?

Once again thanks for your help.
LCA is Labor Certification document. Your employer would have given you a copy of it. It is a part of your petition. So if you just have your 797 and dont have a copy of the lavor certification, ask your employer.

I had sent experience letters from all my previous employers. It does not say only US employers, so send them all.

Re: AINP 009 checklist help

hello, I have following questions about AINP 009 completion checklist:

1. a certified copy of degree, diploma, certificate about the education and training

my questions:
1) does it mean I only need to provide my highest certified degree? or I have to submit all degrees I have achieved?
2) do I need to submit my all transcripts? or only certified copies of degrees would be enough?

2. a certified copy of USCIS

my question:
1) where to get this certified? can any law office do it?

Thank you for your help.

1. Send certified photocopies of all degree certificates. It does not hurt to send transcripts, so if you have you can send them.
2. You can get documents certified at any bank where you hold an account for free (ask for a notary), or at UPS, Fedex stores for a fee

Thanks for your replies.

yeah, I meant unopened transcripts from university.

I have another question.

As for I-797(petition to USCIS), I have original one. I went to the bank today and they said I need to ask an application form from homeland security then they can do notary for me. Does it make sense? How did you get your I-797 before you ask your bank to get notaried? Did you just make a photocopy then bank notary it or you get some application form from somewhere first then go to bank final? Thank you.

I sent photocopies of my transcripts. I have always had the original opened with me. I have never had it in a sealed envelope.

My bank did not create such problems for certifying my photocopy of 797. But i did have a similar problem with my degree certificate which was both in Hindi and English. She refused to certify the copy at first, saying that they get into problems if there is another lang written in it, but finally she certified that too after a lot of loud thinking herself. I dont understand why they ask application form from Homeland security. I may not be able to help on this. But just try to convince them that you have done this several times before and you never had a problem etc. I hope you are getting the photocopy only certified, showing them the original.

Many thanks, Divagirl. I'll try to convince them with my photocopies.

Also, you mentioned your certified degrees.

1) Did you certify it at bank?
2) Secondly, did you translate your degree into English by yourself and print them out, so they can certify?
3) Finally, did you bring your original degree with you when you asked them to certify? Thanks.
