I have confused you. Ok so I hired a representative and he made my EE profile and he has submitted my eAPR. I don't have access to that account. If now I raised a web form for removing the representative, IRCC will do all correspondence with me but what about the account access? How will I get that?I still don't understand.
You make an account for an indvidual (or a representative, etc). You link that individual account to an application.
The application information doesn't disappear - just now a different account is linked to it.
(As best I understand this but perhaps I've misunderstood)
