Big age gap between myself and my Canadian spouse but it was accepted. I don't think they care about age difference so long as you can prove the relationship/marriage is genuine.
Age gap doesn’t mean denial but whether an age gap leads to concerns also depends on age of applicants. 41 yr old dating a 60 yr old is viewed differently than 40 yr old marrying a 21 yr old. Citizenship/immigration status in another country also has an impact on whether age gap is considered a red flag. Little to be gained if you are a US citizen being sponsored for example. Major differences in levels of education and financial status can create red flags. Arranged marriages with age gaps raise more concerns versus proof of Western dating relationship before marriage. Time spent together in person can also be a factor in determining whether age gap is a concern. There is a good chance this will just lead to an interview. If this is a genuine relationship one should not worry. Given OPs attitude I have concerns this is not a genuine relationship.
