Age doubts for PR

I am planning to write IELTS on July 21. In August I will turn 31. Is there anyway if I apply before August can I save the 5 points for canada PR. since its calculating on bais of Age

The result will be out after 13 days from July 21 and TRF will take another 7-8 days. Its very difficult.

no thats unfortunately not possible as you need your IELTS results before submitting your profile. Also, age doesnt get frozen at profile submission, as far as I remember it was after recieving an invite and submitting your application that it gets frozen.
