Hello,my husband's age on his international passport is different from his transcript to be submitted for verification. What can one do cos im afraid it might cause issues on our application to cic under fsw and for verification by wes.pls advise
he is going to write his ielts, though i am d principal applicant, but does he need his credentials and transcript to be verified by wes?

As far as I remember, WES doesn't ask for for the passport.
ECA is produced on the basis on Diploma and Transcript only.

@arika thanks, but his passport will be needed when submitting to cic,wot happens then?

voni,
you mean what if your husband's DOB in ECA is different from one in passport?

I think you should mention this in a cover letter and explain the reason for this descrepancy so that CIO doesn't have any hesitations ;)

@ arika .ok,but dont know ow to go about it,do u hve idea of any similar occurrence and ow it was tackled?thanks

No, actually I never came across anything similar. Generally if a typo or a discrepancy occur in an official paper people do request authorities to make nesessary corrections as soon as possible. But circumstances may differ for sure.

There must be some reason for this discrepany, right? That's what you need to put in a cover letter. Like 'pls be informed that DOB in ... differs from DOC in ... because of the following ... The correct DOB is ...'

@arika ,tnx .so that means he can send his transcript to wes without any explanation, but the letter of explanation is to cic wen submitting all documents?
