We dont need to do candle march we just should gather near our respective embassy/consulate.for punjab,haryana,himachal we will assemble outside chandigarh consulate and rest of you unite outside embassy in delhi and voice your concerns till someone responsible like maybe ambassador or consul general comes and listens to you.
