Dear Brothers;
I write explanation letter for retake the exam and I am going to submit it to Visa office on London.
Please I need help from expert in English to correct it if there is any mistake.

I am writing to explain you some difficulties, which I am experiencing with IELTS exam, and I would like to inform you.

As soon as prepared for the exam and before a day and the same day of exam, I was in some family trouble, both my children were sick during that time and I was tense and worried; did not put enough time to complete my exam and thus I have not done to your satisfaction.

Therefore; I have taken the IELTS exam to prove my ability of English as my first language.

However; I am will to retake the exam again on 21th-August-2010 to proof my English language proficiency.

I express my heartfelt gratitude to you for providing me this opportunity so that I could clarify more about my IELTS Exam.

I am eagerly interested in immigrating to Canada..

Actually; I will submit full document with current IELTS result to CHC this week. So; I am trying to make official explanation letter to visa office that explain I am going to retake the exam.

I am writing this letter regarding my IELTS exam which I missed it due to emergency family situation that my ...................... this is my sincre request to accept my this apoloze............ I am in process of my ielts exam as soon as I receive my result I will send to your office..............

THIS IS JUST BODY OF THE LETTER NOW YOU CREATE AND SHOW ME THEN I CAN SEE IF ANY ERROR. dont give them exact date and time otherwise you will stuck.

and make sure send them doctor proof like on that day you were in hospital then I am sure they will understand. Remember Proof is a big weapon to fight.

It is just cough and I did not take them to Doctor..
