I have withdrawn my profile created in oct 2017, and tried to create a new profile to be considered for OINP. My crs is 420. I keep getting this message I am not eligible anymore after transmitting the information. I have made sure I qualify for all the mentioned below. Anyone please help, now I am out of EE pool and cannot create new profile either.

Below are a few examples of why a candidate will be found ineligible: • not having a valid language test, • language test results that are more than two years old, • a language test score that is too low, • not having enough relevant work experience, • not having the required education level, • not having enough funds.

Just an update I found the error and why my profile became ineligible, it was an user error. One of the educational qualifications for my master degree I have incorrectly selected in good standing degree not awarded, but in original I have graduated. So my profile became ineligible. But I find a problem with CIC questionnaire design. They ask whether you have evaluated your foreign degree, for which I answered yes and provided the master's degree eval number from WES, so this is conflict with me entering degree not awarded, and this could not been a user entry validation error, which could have saved me and potentially others heartache, who are susceptible to make such mistakes.
