After webform request for virtual landing

we applied for a Outland Spouse sponsorship , My wife is here in Canada on visitor visa , Just after she landed here we received passport request within a week ,
I have raised the webform informing the situation and requesting virtual landing but no reply , I tried calling few times but no luck connecting to an agent. we will be finishing the 30 days mark to submit passport in a week ,

Is there something we can do or just wait until we get the reply for webform ? Can anyone please help. what are typical wait times after we raise webform and wait time after we get a reply for webform,

we have raised a webform , its been 6 weeks now and still waiting for a response or portal invite from IRCC ,

I have raised one more webform addressing the same yesterday, Hard to reach them and get a response.
