Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Nobody has any idea what the new rules will be and how you would be affected. It's all speculation until the new rules are posted.

Some of the possible scenarios:

1. Your occupation is on the list and your application will be fast

2. Your occupation is not on the list and your application will be processed more slowly

3. Your occupation is not on the list and they send your application back and refund your fees.

I think that everyone should apply as long as you fulfill the current requirement. Nobody knows what the new rules are going to be. I might be announced tomorrow, next week or next year. Nobody knows. Therefore, how long are u willing to wait? I am applying next week and I will just let it be.

Good luck!!!

Imagine how disappointing that would be if you applied as a skilled worker with job offer, thinking that your application is going to be fast-tracked. Then the new occupation list comes out and your job not being on there, resulting in your application being rejected or put back in the queue. I don’t know whether it’s worth taking the risk or just to wait for the new occupation list. Like people on here are saying, we don’t know how when the new list will be out, so taking the risk maybe the logical option.
