After the submission of the medical examination, how long it takes to receive the PR, or hear anything from the Immigration !

Currently it is taking around 18 months to receive PR as a protected person. When you applied it was 30 months I think. Will probably be somewhat in the middle.
 
I submitted medical examinations and I have pending asylum case in USA it’s almost 4 years that my case is pending in USA and my family is in danger in my country, because of my family I left USA and came to Canada and claim for refugee what you think how long will take that I get PR.

Is your claim got accepted while you have a pending case in USA?
