After sending passport, how long does CIC take to stamp the PR visa?

Hello Everyone!!

I have applied my Permanent Residence application through ONIP International Student Paper based stream.

I have got my PPR on June 29, 2019.

Sent passport, Annex A form and two new photographs on June 21 to CPC- OTTAWA and they received it on June 25, 2019.

Can someone please advise how long will it take for them to return my passport stamped and COPR document?

Also, Is it possible for me to change me job now since my application was employer specific? Please advise me.

i got passport request for stamp of permanent residence by cic and there were two addresses on the email which i got to send my documents one for canada and another one for USA but unfortunately i sent my documents to USA by mistake and my tracking number is showing that that is delivered there but am very disappointed what should i do now?

I am new to this forum. I have a situation at hand and I hope someone can help me with some information.

I got my PPR on 17th June 2019 and I sent my passport on 18th June 2019. Today is 15th July 2019 and I haven't recieved my passport yet. My open work permit is Expiring on 18th July 2019.

Since I got PPR I quit my job after 3 weeks of sending my passport... As per current trend people are getting passport back in about 3 weeks to 4 weeks. Assuming I'd be getting it back in same time.

I called CIC and the agent said I need to have closed work permit. Now I have left the job the employer is not willing to help. As per SINP letter I am not eligible to get a bridging work permit.

What best can be done in this situation. And information is much appreciated. Thanks.

effective June 14th 2019 closed permits based on employer restrictions can now get open work permit if you can prove employer was in breech go on cic website...

So you received email first. Then you sent your passports. They normally return your passports in 3-4 weeks time.

You can contact CIC via web forum. I did same ans sent my ticket to them to speedup my application. But unfortunately they replied after 5 days saying that,

"
We verified the information you provided regarding your application and have forwarded it to the responsible office.

They will contact you if further information is required."

Still waiting for the reply.

I sent my passport on Sept 24 and they received on Sept 26th. After that I sent speedup request with my travel details on Monday Sept 30th and received reply on Oct 4th but no updates on my application.
