After sending passport, how long does CIC take to stamp the PR visa?

I'll call then tomorrow and every day till send ir back...
They are kidding me? Everyone who sent in the week of July 10 has already received the passport back!
I sent my passport on 12 July, it was received by CPC on 14 July and till now I still did not get it back. I called CIC and they said your visa was printed but they could not tell me if they sent it or not.

I have sent my Passport to Ottawa for VISA STAMP and I have only track number from Canada Post, in Canada Post website I can find my passport has recived.but I don't have any idea, how it works after that!
Tracker for return envelope will activate when they send u the documents and passport back

Is it true that passport processing is quicker at New Delhi visa office ? Any idea how many days it takes to process ?
